Preamp Dac with remote, not too expensive??

Hi!
 

I'm looking for a DAC with volume control and several inputs (USB, coax, toslink, analog) and a remote. Headphone out is a bonus but not necessary. 

 

Have been looking on these two, HLLY and Matrix mini-i

 

 

 
 
Any recommenations/advice???

i have the Matrix mini-i without the remote which i sell it at 279$

Its very good dac+amp for its price. i would recommend it to u
