My JVC FX700 right earphone died =(

Anyway,my question is,since they are a Japan exclusive earphone, who do I contact for a repair or getting a new pair?
JVC America told me they can't help me, because of that fact.I tried to fill a form over at their Japan site with google translate but it didn't go through, does anybody know their customer service e-mail?
I bought this pair from a member here, about a year ago.

The thing is,the cable is the problem, when I twist it a little, the sound comes back for a second, then goes away again when I leave it alone... frown.gif I love these earphones.

I love my headphones too, but the problem is weak manufacturing these days. Unluckily those are Japanese exclusives which can be a pain to obtain. have you tried to get in contact with the company or check the website? If yes, then I suggest, putting them away if they become rare or you can get them fixed. your best bet for a good pair of Headphones are Marshmallow by JVC. I had mine 12 months, high usage due to Computer Science student, and High school teenager. I had 2 pairs of these, but the firts die out in 3 years. These last along time.
