Headset that doesn't skip on sound quality

Thread Starter

I'm trying to find a headset that has good sound quality, easier said than done as most skimp out on quality. So far I've narrowed it down to the following:

Sennheiser PC 350 Gaming Headset -

Asus R.O.G Vulcan ANC Noise Cancelling Gaming Headset -

or Sennheiser HD555s with a separate microphone... Although I really would prefer a built in microphone. The reviews for all of them are positive, but seeing as I'm not very informed on sound quality I could really use some input.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

You might want to look at these. Expensive tho.

I never tried them. Heard them from Reviews.

Heya,

Get a good headphone.

Get a clip on mic.

Very best,

WhDemon: Those are extremely nice but about double what I can pay. Thanks anyway.

MalVeauX: I've tried using clip on microphones and I've always found them lacking compared to headsets, as I use the microphone for gaming tournaments, the microphone has to function well and I have to be able to move around without worrying about it.

It's an awkward situation really, I've been using a Creative Fatality headset for over a year now. The sound quality is pretty mediocre so any good quality headset would have better sound quality really.

I agree for the most part...but what about those sexy Beyer headsets that are on sale right now?
