I was quite surprised not to find a thread here for Matt over at UM Aus (and more recently UM Global).

Any way, after 2 transactions with Matt through UM Aus, I'm very happy with the service and communication. Always replied to email promptly and informatively. Helpful when I had questions and very good with handling expectations.

And as we all know the quality of the product being second to none. Very happy
