I am pretty new to headphones and Eqing music in general. My experience consists of using my ipod touch to EQ (going through random options and hearing the difference)...So yea, I'm not really sure what direction I should be taking. I do know I want my music to sound better (sorry for vagueness) on my computer. The ipod does a good job for dumbing it down for me; but, now I'm lost on how to do it on the desktop. Is there some advice or thread that could help me? Thanks for the Help!

I auditioned the SRH-1840 straight out of the box, and was unsatisfied with the sound, so I decided to give them a period of break-in. Recent scientific studies have shown definite differences...

EQ Help?
Actually nevermind, I found the equalizer. Still not too familiar with what to do with it. I went randomly through the preset Eqs and Treble seemed to make my music the most clear. Everything else is muddy. Then there's the graphic EQ.
Realized that Treble made everything dulled down except for the voices. ~ahh getting confused.
