I recently purchased a pair of the ECCI PR401 and I believe the cord was tugged on and the right ear's sound disappeared. I was wondering how I would go about fixing these for I just had bought them and it would be a waste to throw away all of a sudden. I'm assuming the cord was disconnected on the inside and I just wanted to see what information I could get on how to fix these. Thanks a bunch.
