Did my Grado sr80i break?

Ive been running around with my new set of Grado SR80i for a week now, and just five minutes ago, one of the units, speakers or whatever you call it - fell off. It seems I have to screw it back in, but it keeps falling right off again. 

 

I apreciate fast answers, got a 7hour train ride comming.

And running with Grados is just.. absurd.

Weight training?  The cable is pretty substantial...
