Well at least B&H seems to have pretty good customer service. They called me long distance from New York to let me know they shipped my Signature DJ's and they will be here on Wednesday. If I have any problems with them please don't hesitate to call them. Now that's some pretty good customer service. It was odd they called instead of emailing though... Seems like a lot of these guys prefer the Phone. Does Ultrasone have a Toll Free number? Maybe that would be the way to go.
