Thanks for the nice comparison, bro! What's on top of your list right now?

Holy Cow, they have 53mm drivers. It sure seems like they'd have great Bass, and it's only fitting that we have an Audio Technica on the list. Would you say the ES10 is their best Bass performer?

Well, I seriously love the balance of lushness and clarity of the LCD-2 but yet it is quite heavy and uncomfortable for me and I'd wished it has more bass and it would be perfect.
LCD-2 - Heavy Weight + More Midbass= Dream Cans! Hey bro PM me Ur no. If you don't mind and maybe we can chat over the phone. smily_headphones1.gif

EDIT: Does Electronic music have one note bass or is it just me not paying attention and apparently I'm still having a hard time figuring what Is bass texture......

Craigster is pretty good at selling stuff it seems. He made me buy my pair of sig dj in october and there wasn't much info available yet biggrin.gif

I'm super happy these turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Worth the money.

I think so too, it sounds like the headphone that was like special designed for me. :P

My only issue with that Sig DJ is it looks cheap... I like my Byer cans because they have some w8 to them,  The are more metal and velour than plastic, and while the sig dj have that awesome lamp skin pads.... they look like a cheap toy... which is a shame

although I'm getting a w1000x [woodie] so xD I happen to like build quality over looks any n every day. I wonder though how the 1000x will be for mid bass, there is a sufficent hump in the freq graph [and ofc it has that OMG sub bass ROLLLLLLLLLLLLL off] like a cliff]] non the less I wonder how the wood changes the sound!

Actually, in person, the signature dj was very nice looking, much more than pictures say.

that's good to hear

Can the Signature Pro's be eq'ed to acceptable bass levels, or do they just lack punch? The Signature DJ's sound like my ideal portables, but they would probably never leave the house like my Yamaha Pro 500's.

I've tried searching the forum for threads - but couldn't find anything - so I'm asking here. Has anyone successfully integrated a bass shaker system with their PC audio rig?

Any of my fellow bassheads using a G-3 hybrid amp and like the bass boost feature?

Holding the Sig DJ in my hand, it feels to be the highest quality and most durable headphone I have used.  The logo is mirrored glass.  The leather on the headband and pads is the softest I have felt.  Not that I would ever do this, but they feel like you could throw them against a brick wall and they would be fine.  Due to the high quality plastic construction, it is nice that they don't look like an uber-expensive pair of headphones so I can travel with them incognito and not draw too much attention.

Ha! Just kidding of course. Woke up this morning and immediately checked their Website. Still down for maintenance until 8:30 p.m. Eastern time... My Sig DJs are in the cart. They have two-day shipping for only 20 bucks too. I can't wait to get my hands on these... biggrin.gif

He got you too huh? Glad it worked out for you. I am really getting excited about it to tell you the truth. I've done some more research on them and I think they are exactly what I've been looking for. Could these possibly replace my HE500s as my primary rig?  wink.gif
