At best buy where I live they really only have the beats line and the S-Candies out. Which both suck to me. I have paid for and taken back so many headphones....

Thats what I got from reading about the line...

Actually the new XB800 is said to be bassiest. :) I can't imagine the bass of this thing, I remember some1 even said XB500 wasn't sounding that bassy next to his XB800. xD

May I know do the Z02 Ver 3 provide good mid bass or only sub bass or is it both? I seen many of you recommend the e11 but it seems to be unavailable in my country

Most headphone drivers couldn't handle the ZO2 at maximum setting with any decent volume level.

It depends pretty much what source volume is used. ZO's volume has to be maxed (well on ZO2.3 that means obviously "high" gain but the ZO2.1 has only one gain setting but is able to adjust the volume so I've obviously experimented with it a bit) and then it's down to sensitivity of the headphone how low the source volume can be set for satisfying volume. The lower source volume = cleaner output. Think of the source as a preamp slider, the lower it is set the more headroom for boost on the ZO amp. Remember the ZO is built analogical, through and out and seems to use analogical filters so every part in the chain is connected and probably therefore it works well double-amped too as it doesn't process the signal digitally.

I hope the sometimes future ZO3 comes with more power/higher gain, at least like ZO2.1-levels because I've noticed ZO2.1 can usually go a bit louder before distortion happens. If any amp benefits by better amping, the ZO certainly does. Volume wise I get my "normal" listening volumes when Windows is set to "14%" with ZO2.1 and "19%" with ZO2.3 for comparision, the ZO2.1 already at "19%" is getting uncomfortably loud with the Q40 but still sounds very clean at that point, it's maybe somewhere at 30% or so the distortion kicks in but no way I'd be able to take that volume without damaging my hearing. Comparing with ZO2.3 it seems it happens at roughly same volume level so therefore higher gain / better amping is certainly beneficial for ZO to make it able go louder before distorting, with ZO1 and ZO2.3 it can happen a bit soon for some heaphones probably.

Probably also works the same when double amped with another amp. Then you're able to further lower the source volume which should further help avoid clipping. Makes sense, I mean digiZoid even concidered bringing out a dedicated amp part at some point but don't know what's the status with that. Probably they are fully aware of what I'm saying here too.

Hi everybody!! I hope to post in the right thread!

This is my first post here so I want to say hello to everyone!

BTW I'm looking for basshead iem's drivers... I listen mainly to hardstyle-techno-trance music.. music with a lot of bass and highly immersive.

What do you reccommend to me? I'd like to spend less than 150$.

Welcome!  Based on reviews and comments, Velodyne VPulse would be a good choice.
