I'm on my laptop so I don't have the photos of me working with Skrillex.. Now would have been a good time to post them.

Instead, here is Dizzee Rascal performing:

and a sound/line check for Avicii:

The Offspring:

If you haven't heard music from "Shlohmo", you're missing out! Not for everyone, but definitely for me.

ugh... I dislike skrillex as an artist. He is not very good at all. If you actually would look, you are guaranteed to find better artists than any of the mainstream dubstep artists. (skrillex, deadmau5, etc.)He is a good introductory artist, but the only reasons he is famous is because he combines dubstep with American pop music for one, and he marketed his music well. I have three much better atists I will name right now, and two I have named before. Moxix, Omnitica, And Spag Heddy.

Uh, Deadmau5 is house, not brostep. The only song he ever made that could be considered brostep is Raise Your Weapon, and Skrillex actually has writers credit on that song. (along with Joel, of course)

I'm really glad you shared your opinion on this. For the record, those shots were me working at the events, not attending as a patron.

I don't listen to dubstep, at all.

Everyone has different tastes. No point ragging on anyone elses taste! To each their own :)

whatever he is, he still isn't good. I've listened to him before... Very plain, and bland sounding. I dislike house music if I'm thinking of the correct genre, but I enjoy every other edm music style out there. Glitch hop, dubstep, d&b, drumstep, trance, techno, etc... Just not house.... Either way, skrillex etc. are not good artists! You may like them, but you cannot say you like dubstep if you only listen to skrillex, or if you listen to two artists that produce it. You've just gotten a piece of the crust, and its time to move on to the filling of the pie!

Plus many do not know this, but the term "Brostep" was introduced by one of my personal favorite artist's, Moxix, a few years back as a way to describe his style, and now that style is a very well known one, yet almost no one has even heard of Moxix. He is the original brostep artist, and the best at what he does! Fantastic music! He created brostep, an absolutely amazing subgenre of dubstep. My other favorite artist, Omnitica, calls his style "Progstep", and he even created a song called "I Call It Progstep." His two most iconic progstep songs that really portray his style the best are of course, I call it progstep, and another song called "Halloweekend".

yo is the th600 basshead certified and how much better is the th900. I am curious. I wish I had the skrillz for them. I also wish there was a good open back hass head can. I know its possible.

Per Headphonia...I agree and he says it better:D

In all fairness, I should not be comparing the two, given the huge $1,000 gap in pricing. Still, some people (yes that includes you!) would ask the question, so here goes: The TH600 is less v-shaped, less spacious, less lower hitting bass, less powerful bass impact, less resolution and scalability.

Why would you want an open back bass can?

why the heck not!

I dont mean overdone but q40+ bass and open.

^because that sounds trapped with reverberation from the cups

BTW the MD PRO does very well with that song. The quantity is satisfying and the texture beats anything in its price range but the impact needs a little more and needs a little more rumble.

The closer you get to a speaker without having to worry about being evicted from turning it up the better!!! I live in an apartment brother. The same reason why the x1 got so much hype its close to it though overall sq isnt for me.

I think the TH600 has the an almost perfect bass. It's got a soundstage that surpasses my open cans also do I can't fault it for bass heavy music. If the TH900 is better I'm all over it but I've read the bass isn't all that much better

I get it, regardless of the soundstage width and depth I have yet to hear a closed that sounded open like an he500 for example. but its all good though. I used to sit infront of my pioneer sdjo8 speakers and turn the bass up while listening to music through the sennheiser hd650 at the same time lol. It kinda worked actually.
