Someone told me this hradphone amp works nice with Grado Headphones. Is this true?

I own 2 Grado Headphones, An early SR325 & SR80s.

I think it does a good a job of counter balancing the bright Grado sound (depending on the tubes).  I was really happy with my LDI+.  It did me good for 2 years.

Are you looking for more bass or depth?  If so than the LDI+ is a good bet.

If you're looking to highlight the Grado signature rather than tame or counter it, then you might want to look elsewhere.

At least that's how I felt in my experience.

What are the best Valves to use with the  LDI+?

I've recommended the Mullard CV 4010s to many people and it's made plenty happy

I also changed the opamp (can't recall at right now what I switched it to)

roker,

Do you own a LDI+? If so, will you be selling it in the near future?

Regards.

Just sold it a few weeks ago.  It was sitting the for sale forum for about 3 weeks before someone took it off my hands.

I looked up the opamp I switched it to, it was an LT1364CN8.

Best of luck!
