I have a pair of ER4-S IEM's for sale. They were sent in for repair about 2 years ago because there was a problem with the cable... Etymotic replaced BOTH drivers in addition to the cable and they haven't seen much use since. They are basically brand new. I have the original box and packaging. The only thing that show signs of wear is the little zippered pouch for transporting the IEM's...  a new one can be purchased from Etymotic directly for $4.00. (yes thats FOUR dollars).

 

Edit: these are the Red and Blue model.

Edit: reason for selling: I just dont use them... I have so many other headphones at the moment that they've been relegated to the back of my headphone drawer...
