Which one is more suitable for  beyerdynamic dt770 pro 250 ohm , As I know m-audio has a better rec (line in) also I think it has a better amp unit  too but creative has 96/24 output

I  think m-audio is a better choice.

Sound Blaster Digital Music Premium HD or (X-Fi HD USB) advertised headphones-drive capability <= 330 Ohm but in reality it can’t fully drive high impedance headphones,

I hooked Sennheiser PC350 which are 150 Ohm to both X-Fi HD USB and Asus Xonar Essence stx and noticed that Asus Xonar provides fuller and louder sound compared to USB X-Fi HD through my personal experience . . .

I haven’t tried M-Audio Fast track MKII, may the other folks can help you
