Audeze LCD-2 vs AKG K701 on a Schiit Lyr is it worth it? - Page 2

I had both AKG 702 and LCD2 R2.

Had both Schiit ASGARD and LYR.

The 702's are very clean, clear etc...but after a few days I sold the 702's and the ASGARD.

The 702's are good for the price point. The LCD2's are just so accurate and musical, the bass and piano are just so real.

The ASGARD drove the LCD2's but the Lyr definitely was the better choice to me.

All the best

Alex

eek.gif No never, that’s just too sensible.
