Sleeping while wearing headphones

So I was wondering, do any of you guys sleep while wearing your headphones.I had been doing so and now I totally destroyed the joint of where the head band meets the earcup arm on my HD-555.   The part where the small stress cracks appear on most HD-555.. I have a hard time falling asleep so I normally listen to them to help. So any of you sleep while wearing your Phones and how do you manage not to damage them?

 

the left cup (First Photo)  will actually completely separate from the headband sometimes. I have to snap it all back together to fix it,  I'm going to super glue it tonight and see what happens. heh,

my friend broke 3 bose around ear , its normal thing heheh

Best to use something like in ears.  I usually use the JH13s.  Sometimes I'll use full size, especially the LCD-2, but I never damage it as I don't really move in my sleep.  Best to go with an in ear if you do move around.

wearing such eexpensive summit-fi grade headphones to bed...after seeing those pics...is horrendus! :O

Used to be able to sleep while using IEMs. Now I can't sleep with noise going on at all :( It's a sad life, not being able to sleep to soothing music...

Oh wow you did a number on those.

 

I suppose I just don't move around much in my sleep.  I've never had any problems.
