Hello guys im new here but i have been reading the forum as a guest for quite sometime and i have decided to buy a new pair of iems.

At the same price i have an option of soundmagic pl 50 and headdirect re2.

at sound quality, which one will be better? plz help...

I adore my PL50's and would recommend them.  The only problem is in getting a good fit and have tried Sony Hybrids and Comply tips (the best option) as the supplied tips were not that great.  However the same problem exist(ed) with my Senn IE6's so it may be more of a fit issue for IEMs and my ears.  I used the PL50s on a motorbike for while and found them tough little items.  I also use a Fiio E5 with them and find it helps in beefing up the base which can be a tad light straight out of an iPhone/iPod.  The PL50s are really small and unobtrusive and you get the right fit are an excellent choice.
