Need help with my Microphone

Hey guys.I am new to this website,so forgive me if it is in the wrong section but I have a little issue here.

 

Basically,I bought a Seinnheisser PC350 because I know Seinheisser is a good brand and such. I also do Youtube Videos so I look for good microphone quality.

 

For some reason, this mic picks up distortion.

 

Is there any solution to this?If you all need a voice sample I can easily provide it.

Man in all reality,I am not very technical.

 

if you want I can add you on skype and I can share my screen so you can kinda walk me through some customary stuff etc.

 

Think that is possible?
