My X-fi titanium is unlistenable for me due to all the hiss it gives off. Even hooked to my Z5500 speakers it gives major hiss. It was never an issue until I started listening to more hi-end gear and took note of things as such. I use my DACport LX to drive my Z5500 and my IEMs hooked to my E9 amp. If you love bass and a good pair for classic the Denons are great. I have a pair of 5000s. I'm actually considering selling them if you are interested.
