Audioengine A2 + CmoyBB?

Hello, I was wondering if I can use a CmoyBB with Bass Boost for the Audioengine A2 speakers - or best to have it DAC>Audioengine A2 since the speakers already have an amp. I need to know for sure before I can permanently damage these babies.

Dont do it, I was reading yesterday (since someone has asked this question everyother day for the last week) that you may blow up the A2 amp by double amping them with that cmoy.

Why would you want to boost the bass of these a2 ? I don't think you'd  be able to reach lower  frequencies using an amp,

and regarding the bass quantity, I  think there's enough.

When I got the a2 first, I found their bass quite fatiguing, and I was even trying to decrease it (until I learned to position the speakers properly). If you want more bass, they just have to be positioned in the direction of your face.
