It actually didn't come to the states. Or Europe for that matter. Or anywhere outside of Korea apparently. You can find some being resaled by shops, sellers, etc stationed in Korea but you'd be working with a native Korean language UI (though I guess there will probably be language options).

In Europe you can get them on online website, Galaxy Player 50 8Go is around 149 €. Not a deal breaker...

You can also get them via exportprive.com but i do not know the language of the UI, since it's based on Android, I guess it's not blocked on korean...

this is sad. maybe they believe we are all too enslaved by our ipods...

which is true. stupid.

Pretty sure they're out now. There's another thread about them on the first page here, and it sounds like people have been getting their hands on them. And they're in stock on Best Buy's website. Haven't checked anywhere else, but I imagine they should be easy to find.

Im not sure where you sourced your information from but the Samsung Galaxy Player has been available here in the UK for months, problem is it flopped and has died a slow painful death.

Samsung is struggling with supply, as they hand these out free when you buy one of their higher end tv's.

I had to wait five weeks just to get mine, so they will show.

I've found one yp-g50 near my home in Ukraine:)

Price is 250$ for 8Gb.

G50 is not iTouch, it is plastick, slow, but has also very good sq and very good eq.

what TVs do you get them for free with? is this offer only direct from samsung? i love their TVs as well.

oh well, hopefully they will invest more in it if people start using them and buying them instead of getting them for free.

Skip the YP-G50 and go straight to YP-G1 or YP-G70 if you want to get a galaxy player at all, or you'll end up very disappointed.

They've appeared here in Hong Kong, at least on price.com.hk.

Samsung D7000/D8000 led wise, not sure about their plasma screens.

Offer 'might' be europe only, im not 100% but you guys might get the galaxy tab instead.
