I had the closed ear ath-t500, and thought they were a great deal for 100$
I'm interested in the open ear tad500 for sure.
Also need a comparison of the a900 and a900x. the a900 being one one my favorites cans ever
Thank you very much spartan86
Can someone post update on a900x?
I am really interested in mid-section. How do they sound with vocals (especially female)?
The thing is that I want closed headphones from AT. I have experience only with AD series?
Do a900x have the same sweet (coloured?) vocals as ad700/ad900?
P.S. I can not decide between a900x and a500x/tad500 combo .gif)
Update:
I've got some info from Japan and a500x seems to be very plasticky with a quite hollow sound.

I'll try to listen to some music with some female vocals. To be honest, I might end up selling these since I am really tempted to try some open headphones. I haven't tried any high end ones yet
I'll be buying Brainwavz HM5 most likely.
These are getting a lot of positive reviews.
Thanks anyway ;)
can these be faked already? there are chinese sellers that have the tad-500 for less than 100 shipped
