Spider realvoice durability?

So my own realvoices' left earbud stopped working about a month ago without cause and I saw one or two reviewers have the same exact problem. I was wondering if this is a common problem because I'm thinking about buying my girlfriend a pair however I don't want it to break on her.

 

So in short, how long have you had your realvoice and has it broken?

Definitely agree with you on the customer service but it seemed to have durability issues. Do you "baby" the headphones?

Can i ask how you contacted the company? Same problem - one ear went quiet. I got mine shipped to the UK and don't have the box any more. I've left a message on the website but it does'nt look like they check it much. Many thanks

I had this same issue and Spider was excellent in replacing the pair. I wonder why they stopped selling these buds? Anyone have any idea?
