True, it feels like we're pigeon-holed into the main quest again like Oblivion. As long as there's no amulet stuck in my inventory this time around.

"Dovahkiin" btw.

Honestly, this is how I feel. I, too, hope that there is less pigeon-holing in Skyrim.

After watching some new footage of gameplay, I am starting to get worried that they have dumbed this down too much to be enjoyable. I love the level of detail that morrowind brought, and I hope we can return to that point. The consolization of the series has really lead to some bad results of dumbing down the game play as demanded by consol players. With any hope, the modding community will step up and add a level of detail that I feel skyrim lacks. To be fair, though, the game isn't out - so I could be wrong 100% (I hope).

Instead of making this Oblivion with dragons they should've made it Morrowind with dragons, mounted combat and a mixture of morrowind+witcher combat.
