bright fun dac to pair with hd650

Hi just as the title says I'm looking for a Dac to be paired with my mkiv and hd650. I'm currently using the sondigo inferno soundcard. I'm looking to make the HD650 faster and funner. 

the budget is around $200 -300 and it's going to be used with my PC so usb coax and optical is needed, also this is for a desktop rig not portable so size/ portability doesn't matter.

I would prefer for it to be a standalone Dac however it doesn't matter if it's a Dac/amp.

thanks for the reply. I've also considered the LD dac too. but I haven't heard many opinions on it. 

and @head. i would prefer to not have another internal sound card on my pc I have 2 gfx cards already and sandwiching more cards into it seems like a bad idea.
