I've got a silver knob Ray Samuels Audio HR-2 for sale for $550. It comes with the AD8065 opamps installed and also included is one of the Quail Green Dot power cords that we got in a group buy way back when (thanks tortie). The amp and power supply look to be in excellent condition and despite having bought this in the summer of 2005, I have had it in storage for the past 3 years so it hasn't gotten much use for a long time.
Price includes shipping within the continental United States. Shipping outside will require additional payment after I get a quote.
EDIT: I found a pair of Burr Brown OPA627AP that I will throw in too.
