I'm extremely new to stereo speakers and amps and what not. My last setup was Logitech z2300's and I understood that I needed to step it up. Here is what I'm going to buy and build, I was just wondering if these would all work together and what else I need to buy and what not. I welcome all criticism and comments! At the end of the day we all just want good sound right? :]

Bookshelf Speakers: Cambridge Audio S30
Subwoofer: Dayton SUB-120
I want this only for music and its going in my room (I'm sharing an apartment with 4 other roommates). I'm hoping to plug my Macbook to it when I'm at my desk and my iPod when I'm across the room. I listen to a lot of trance and stuff so I want the subwoofer and I also listen to hip-hop, rap, the occasional jazz and classic rock like Queen and Zep.
PLEASE HELP MEE
*edit* I also want to plug headphones into the amp eventually. I'm looking at ath-esw9a, any opinions on this is nice too ahaha
