Wouldn't this mean that for anyone who buys this would need to shell out about 900 for this?? If assuming we use UM to reshell plus audiologist and shipping to and from UM.

UM's top of the line Miracles cost that much!!

Thank you for your inquiry.

Forum rules state that this is not a discussion forum, but in all fairness since you asked I'll answer.

Do you compare apples with oranges?  Are you insinuating that all 6-driver customs are created equal and that it is simply a difference in price?

I think his question was well within bounds, especially since he asks about re-shelling (needs to be considered in total item cost for purchaser) and what item they would be comparable to in price. I also think the way you dealt with it answered my own question of whether I would be interested in buying them from you or not. In the future, as a salesmen, I would recommend dealing with your potential clients' requests in either as good a way as possible or the most diplomatic way as possible if you don't appreciate their question. The way you deal with one customer is visible to the rest of them.

Possible offer not offered.

Thank you for your comments.

1.  His last statement surely indicates that his question wasn't genuine.

2.  I am not a salesman.

3.  I understand; the human being is weak, and often blinds itself from the truth by finding reasons not to.

Wow, i bet those customs are a bit too much analytical for my taste judging by what your character is like.

Just so that you appreciate the questioning, it's also for headfiers to understand the cost. Used 530s are easily got for $200 so the x6 upgrade has to be less than $350 over a standard reshell for a buyer to save even a penny. Perhaps you could indicate the savings of buying from you instead of just sending in a used pair of stock se530s. That's a very valid question for a prospective buyer to have answered and one any buyer would be thinking about.

Allow me to clarify my ad.  It has an asking price with an "or Best Offer".

I even added "Will consider any reasonable offer."

Everyone, yourself included, seems to have missed the finer details of my ad.  Don't be too quick to judge.

I didn't judge. Just asked since you would know. How much additional is the x6 upgrade compared to a standard reshelling. I looked on their site and the price is not listed.

Thank you for inquiring.

For your reference, I paid 582.50 SGD.  I don't quite recall the exchange rate at the time.

Thank you for your request.

I actually have a pending offer with a cut-off date of October 10.  If the potential buyer does not pull through, I will post a frequency chart per your request.

That's pretty nice of you to do for the buyer.  Hopefully he sent you a deposit because that is a lot of time to lose buyers for a sale =)

Frankly, I'm in no rush, and the potential buyer seemed legitimate.  Thanks for your concern.
