Want a Cheap Tube Audio/Headphone amp

Id like to get into tube stuff and I'm looking for a cheap (under $350 if possible) tube amp to power a couple speakers and to use as a headphone amp. It would be nice if it was sensetive enough to run IEM's but Il mostly use it with full sized cans.

 

I looked at a could I really liked the glow audio one but its way to much.

The Jolida FX 10 looks cool but a little pricy. Is the Little dot stuff good? they seam really cheap.
