Which 3.5mm male to 1/4" female adapter/cable to get?

i just order a Fostex T50RP and need to find a adapter or cable adapter for it. I've seen things from a $2 adapter (http://www.dealextreme.com/p/gold-plated-3-5mm-male-to-6-3mm-female-audio-connectors-2-pack-18365) to a  Neutrik NYS227 (http://puregizmo.com/neutri-3-5mm-adapters/t.nys227.shtml) and a Grado 8" cable (http://www.headphone.com/accessories/adaptors/grado-quarter-to-eighth-inch-plug-adapter.php).

I'd mostly be using these with my computer, but very occasionally a handheld console.

Would you recommend one of these or something else?

I'd go with the Grado only because it will help keep the strain off the 1/8" output. With a solid inline 1/4"F to 1/8"M you have a lot of leverage on the 1/8" tip which causes undo force to be put on the port. The ports don't last forever, lessening strain on them will help prolong life. That's the only reason, I would stay away from the deal extreme as I would expect it to fall apart, and Neutrik is an industry standard in multiple industries so you can't really go wrong there.
