Lookin' good

Saw the space last night.  It's a little smaller than the room we had last time but not by much.  It's more square.  It should fit 50 Head-Fiers and assorted gear with little problem.  It's also on a lower floor from the main ballroom and there is a separate back entrance near to the room.  Although you can't park by that entrance it will definitely be convenient for dropping off equipment.
 
I've reserved the room and am just waiting for the agreement to come through.  Time to make this puppy official!
