Headphones for gaming

Hi,

 

I am a bit confused about what headphones i can use for gaming/music on a pc.

 

I am thinking dt770, but the 32ohms are more expensive then the 80ohms. I was told that I need an amp to use the 80phms version, is this true? The 80ohm version does have a 3.5 jack, so I think it would work but i want some advice from people who would know more about these things before wasting $200
