am i going to ear some differences?

Hi, currently i have a hd598. I'm fine with that, but i really want to try a new dac (i'm using my laptop and my cowon d2+) under 100$.

So i saw that on amazon.co.uk i can buy an asio e7 for 65€ (89$), is it a good price? am i going to ear some real difference? 

On the laptop I'm using uLilith with wasapi and i listen to all kind of genres.

When I went from the sound card that came on my Gigabyte X58A-UD3R to a Fiio E7 dac/amp combo I noticed a significant increase in sound quality. YMMV.

Ok i have a pair of MS1 so I'm gonna try with them, but there is something better for 100€?
