Now that my E-mu 0202 is useless (OS X Lion) I'm looking for some new equipment

I have a macbook pro with a optical output that I'd like to take advantage of. 

Right now, I have a receiver set up with some loud speakers, and an e-mu 0202 being used as a DAC / headphone amp. 

 

What I'd like is to have a DAC/headphone amp all in one. That way I could do something like macbook -> DAC -> receiver as well as macbook -> DAC -> headphone amp -> headphones.

 

In the future, I would like to replace my receiver with a quality amplifier. I have a Hafler 500 sitting around that I could use. This would mean that I'd need a pre amp as well... That might be stretching it though (DAC/headphone amp/preamp). 

 

Is there anything like this? What kind of cost am I looking at?

I'll try to start it off. I found this: http://www.******************/beresford-tc-7520 it seems to get pretty good reviews. A lot of research ahead of me
