Right now, I have between 40 and 50 hours of effective listening on them.  Their characteristics haven't changed much since I wrote the review, when I had between 15-20 hours of listening under various conditions on them.  Their characteristics haven't changed much (if at all) after the first ten minutes or so.  

 

And they still are exceptionally picky about amplification, which I find downright odd.

The fan I have in my room makes a constant ticking noise...it sucks being in the direct sunlight all day so when I come in to listen I have to deal with TICK TICK TICK TICK TICK TICK TICK, or roast in the 145 degree heat*over exaggerating, it's more like 100*
