I dun no 'bout that. I was playing D&D last night and blood covered (Red) zombies started attacking the town and huckin' rock at us.

I'd say zombies are more green tinted. Also, Red Dead is a poor zombie example.

The skin turns gray after death....then rots turning a green, then yellow, then black, and finally starts sluffing off if not already. Zombies depending on what state of decomposition they are in can be any number of these colors. Not to mention they will have *if not properly embalmed* levidity or pooling of blood where the body was been setting causing purple red bruising.

 

But if were talking about the RedHeads from resident evil, I'm pretty sure those are red because they don't have any skin.
