New version of Amarra 2.3

Has anyone noticed that a new version of Amarra is being released on the 15th September. The new version is reportedly 24bit to a resolution of 384kHz !! Sonic Studio is trumpeting an "increased soundstage and presence". It would be interesting to see what users think of the improvements when it is released. Apparently it will be a free upgrade for existing users.

Whats the point of upsampling to 384 khz ? Why paying so much money for something that modify the sound to "improve" it whereas you should spend your money on better recordings ?
