Iaudio7 upgrade to J3 or Studio-V SQ

Would it be an upgrade in SQ to go from the Iaudio7 to the J3? Or a sidegrade? confused.gif Thinking about getting either the Hisoundaudio studio-V or the Cowon J3, but im really confused about the SQ. I will be using them with my Senn ie8.

Never tried the studioV but all I can say is if you get the hang of tweaking your sound on J3, it will blow your mind away.L3000.gif

Hello,

 

I have both Studio V and Cowon J3 and all I can say, depending on your IEM or Headphone, it's impossible for the J3 to have a sound as natural, as dynamic and as envelopping like the Studio V, even with BBE.

 

And you can't drive big headphones with the J3.
