Rather than restarting a very old thread, I thought I'd just ask this question with a new one...
I am planning to upload Rockbox to my 5.5 Gen iPod Video, but the only concern I have is compatibility issues with digital out software designed to run with the iPod firmware. For example, does anyone know whether running digital out to a car stereo deck that has full iPod control will be affected? As well as portable boomboxes?
