can't seem to create a 'classified'

hi...

 

i have a few items i wish to sell onto other members

 

i would imagine i haven't satisfied certain criteria and, as such, there is a barrier to this function

 

could anyone point me in the direction of the rules concerning this

ok, i've got it now...found the terms, and this little bit :

 

"
