Amp recommendation for UM Re-Shell of SE530 Please

I've recently had my SE530's re-shelled and an extra driver added by UM.  They're amazing!!  

 

I use them to plug into my MacBook Pro and my hi fi which is powered by an Arcam Alpha 8 amp and power amp.  I'm not looking for an amp to boost the power, just to get rid of the hiss, particularly through the MacBook.

 

I really need to keep this as cheap as possible (sub £100) - is there anything out there for this price?  If not, what's the entry level options.

 

And just to throw something else into the pot - is there anything portable that would do the job, so I can use with my iPod too?

Done some more reading and guess my budget is not enough for a silent amp.  Would a Graham Slee Novo be quiet enough??

How about getting a DAC? that might eliminate the hiss..
