Also for that price are the beats studio's a good buy?

Seriously speaking, if the item or in this case price is too good to be true, it often is.  So I would play it safe and stay away, though honestly you could do much better than the studios even at that price.

If you want beats bass but better get the Shure SRH750DJ. Much better and cheaper.

How do the fakes sound in comparison to the original? I'll assume they're worse in terms of quality overall, including in sound quality.

No idea; I don't buy celebrity-endorsed products, real or fake.
