I have Denon AHD 1100 headphones. Find them really good sounding, I like them a lot.

But I do have comfort issues

 

Headband is thin and somewhat rigid. The pressure just above the top of my head isn't good for longer periods

 

I want to find something (that could be available out there to buy, not DIY) to make it fuller, thickier and smoother. I don't think a complete headband replacement is needed. Don't have issues with my ears, it's just that pressure on the top of my head.

 

For comparision, AHD 2000 has a much more comfortable one
