Turntable Help Needed, just acquired

hi i just bought a turntable for $3.50 at a local thrift store. its a Sansui P-D31. It didnt come with a cartridge/needle/stylus. not sure what i should buy because this is going to be my first turntable. also the arm is always just up "maybe due to the absence of the cartridge".

 

i just need any kind of advice on whats a good cartridge/stylus/needle to buy or do they come all together? thanks in advance!

Take  look at the Needledoctor site - they should have what you need to get it spinning again.  You should be able to find the manual, etc. at the Vinyl Engine.
