Agreed! I only have two classes on T/R and no academics (I go to an arts conservatory), but M/W/F I have academics in the early morning.

So today I woke up at 11, and then went to Directing from 2 - 4:30. Later I have American Cinema from 7-11, but for now I'm listening to Opeth through my Audioengine A2s! Today is pretty rad. 
 

I woke up at around 10:30 today. Had a chat with the person I'm seeing at 12 (on Skype; she lives in Lansing...) After that, I shipped some things finally! Took forever to get them out due to my work/class schedule.

After that I came home and found my EX1000's have been delivered! So I'm getting ready for classes at 7 while rocking out to L'arc~en~ciel. I think today has been pretty good :)

Got up at 730, had some tasty coffee along with yogurt and a banana, packed up a lunch and walked the sidewalks of Duluth, MN documenting their condition with a trimble juno running arcpad to edit the digitized sidewalks (im on mile ~300 of ~400 aka its a wicked job but somebody has to do it), came home and fired up the rig and checked out head-fi while chilln out with some bamboo orchestra japan, now going to shred the mountain bike trails! Ah, the ol' R for Thursday.  I find myself having to explain my use of this to people, and then defend why I didn't use Th.  I'm like get off me people, I use Th too, it's not my fault you're plainly unadaptable.  You should know from context what I'm referring to, even if you didn't pay attention in school.

More on topic:

I'm tracking-number-stalking my T20v2 and the Flip Ultra I bought for the wiz.  In between refreshes I tried my KSC75 in a V150 housing.  No bueno.  Time for dremels.  Maybe a recable too since I don't want the stock cable sneaking out between the pad and the cup when I've already got perfectly usable cable entry holes on the Sony.  Good excuse to dig up my SPC.  Also a good opportunity to Kramer mod.  That was supposed to happen right after burn-in, but I always prefer to wear them than to open them up.  As they are now, they're dark enough to notice.

Also, I just found out that one of my beloved vintages was wired incorrectly with respect to the left/right transducers to TRS.  (Is there a better way to say that?  Like backwards?  Doesn't seem right.)  Funny how that can go unnoticed till you realize the cymbals are definitely supposed to be over there instead.  I've had this thing for over half a year and didn't bother to check.  Also a recable waiting to happen.  I could just reterminate, but these are wanting of an update.  This one will deserve more finesse than the Koss/Sony transplant.

Trying to keep my mind away from projects like new headband upholstery, pad mods, you know, fluff.  Can't stop thinking about it though.

It's going okay.  I'm actually excited about something.  A few things, at that.  See previous two paragraphs.  I was mind-numbingly bored just prior.  What about you all?

Ohhhhh.... you know what, I'm caffeinated.  Forget what I said about being excited.  I'll be over it in like an hour.  I mean, I'm excited, but not in that fidgety way that I was before I realized what was going on.

But yeah, big things over here.

Its almost 3 Am here, worked all day. Tomorrow (later?) its my free day.

Just got a huge(10kg) shipment of PC boards, time to play with some bubblewrap and wonder how I'm going to ship the T2 boards.

I know what that's like. A couple months ago one of the huge transformers at a substation caught on fire. You could see the plume of black smoke for miles. My power went out at 2pm and was not restored until 11pm. The only bonus was being paid to leave work early.

X2 on summer being over but I'd say we have at least another month to go.

Got scratched up playing with cat

Redid my desk

Sometimes those simple days are just what I need. I believe there is too much excitement at my school sometimes. 
 

Lol, Miku's  a nice touch. You should solder her onto the board.Definitely makes the T2 sound better.

Just washed and polished the truck. Treated the windows, black plastic, cleaned and vacuumed the interior, scrubbed and treateded the tires. Removed the truck box and canoe racks---my first time without. Buyer for the canoe racks picks up this afternoon. It looks good and I feel good.

I secured a deal on a piece of vintage gear I've been lusting after for a while. I wont believe it until my headphones are plugged in and that may take a week.
