Hello, i ve been reading a lot of pages to figure out what amp would be great to replace my musical fidelity xcan v3 for audio technica w1000x set up (budget 400 $)

I was quite satisfied by the xcan v3 but i think it is getting old (i rolled tubes but still have noise when plugging in and sometimes the bass get strange on left channel for like 1 or 2 minutes then i hear some little "clac" noises and the sound come back in place. When it happens the bass disappear and the headphones sound like crap.

I saw on forum woo audio 6 or burson 160 but it is a little too expensive

I'd like a bassy amp with soft trebles

Should i get solid state or tubes amp ?

What would be a good match for my low impedance headphone??

my set up : asus Essence STX
xcan v3
ath w1000x
