Some help with Challenger customs...plug and shaping.

I am looking for someone who can "professionally" change out the 90deg plug on these earphones for a straight plug.  I don't have enough faith in my soldering skills to make sure it's done right. I will send them anywhere in the US. Or...if it truly is so easy even a caveman could do it and not mess it up then could I get the appropriate advice?  I just don't want to damage these.  They aren't high end but they weren't cheap.

Next is a question about reshaping silicone.  I need to reduce some areas that have always been pressure points.  What is the best method for doing this? If it is a dremel, what type of attachment/medium is right for silicone?

Thanks to all.

I'd be happy to attach a new plug of your choosing if you shipped the parts to me, as for removing silicone, depending on the hardness I would simply carefully use an exacto knife to reshape small parts, you'll have a hard time getting the original finish back though. Silicone doesn't grind very well at all.

Thanks for the offer. I have sent you a PM.

I wish it were better news for the silicone shaping however.  My knife work on silicone has not been pretty.
