I'm looking for an inexpensive portable CD player as something dedicated to browsing through a stack of CDs when I'm not in the mood to do a proper rip prior to listening. I already have a PSP that doubles as a great PMP so battery life and size isn't really a concern; as long as it sounds good, can be powered via an AC adapter and has a line out for use with an amp and speakers, I'd be happy. 
Would be primarily using it with a pair of ATH-M50s if that also helps.
