best bang for the buck DAC 100-300$

Hi im looking for a source to pair with my Vintage SX-626 reciever and polk audio 8ts.

cuz right now im only using my pc soundcard, just wanted to upgrade :) ill be using the dac for music & movies.

very interesting ill look into it, right now im looking at NFB-12 not sure if its one of the best in that price range, looking good so far tho

Also i have a question, my sx626 receiver has preout/ main in and an aux in. also in the future i might use the sx626 as a preamp but i also want to use the dac as a source. should i connect them like this? :

 

"dac's rca out to sx-626's main in then sx626's pre out to power amp's main in.
