Center and Subwoofer Channels on Xonar H6

I am just setting up my 7.1 system for the first time and found that I wasn't getting any sound from my subwoofer until I ticked 'swap center/subwoofer output' in the Asus control panel. The bass redirection is on and set to 80 (same as subwoofer (Paradigm DSP-3200) and receiver).

My audio setup is: Asus Essence ST with H6 daughter card to Yamaha RX-V757 AV Receiver via analogue outputs. Note receiver doesn't have HDMI support.

I replaced the default OPAMPs with OPA2107 for centre and OPA2228 for subwoofer with default buffer. If I swap the channels in the driver software I am effectively switching the channels the OPAMPs are on?

I have found the answer - yes, it does change the channel, hence I needed to swap the opamps.
